01. Document Requirements
For individual shareholders
- Passport copy
- Address proof (utility bill/bank statement/tenancy contract)
- Emirates ID and UAE visa (if applicable)
- Source of wealth (for investments above USD 250,000)
For corporate shareholders
- Certificate of incorporation
- MOA/AOA
- Board resolution
- Certificate of incumbency or good standing
- UBO documentation including passport copies and address proof
